VirnetX Wants Apple Barred From Jurors In $625M Patent Case
Law360, New York (March 24, 2016, 6:45 PM ET) -- VirnetX urged a Texas federal judge Wednesday to deny Apple’s request to question the jurors who ordered the tech giant to pay VirnetX $625 million for patent infringement, saying the iPhone maker is trying to “ransack for new grounds to impeach the jury’s verdict.”
